Zuletzt aktualisiert am 12 Oktober 2026
Entwurf.

These terms apply if you take part in the Trivolut partner programme. They come on top of our Terms of Service, which keep applying to your account; where the two differ, these terms decide for everything to do with the programme. What you see on your partner page in your customer panel is part of these terms: it shows the rates, periods and amounts we agreed with you.
1. Joining
- The programme is by invitation. We set up your partner account; there is no public sign-up, and we may decline anyone without giving a reason.
- You need an open Trivolut account, and each account can be one partner.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Your codes and links
- We create your discount codes and your links (
trivolut.com/r/...). Your partner page shows what each code gives the customer and who can use it. Unless we agree otherwise, a code is for new customers only, on their first order, once per customer. - When someone follows your link, our website remembers your code for the number of days shown on your partner page, so the discount is applied when they order. If they follow another partner's link after yours, the last link counts.
- Commission follows the code on the paid order. A customer who removes your code from their cart, or orders without it, does not earn you commission.
- Your own code does not work on your own account.
3. Commission
- You earn the percentage shown on your partner page. Unless we agree otherwise, it is 10%.
- Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid for the service: excluding VAT and payment fees, and after any discount, including the discount for paying from the wallet.
- It applies to the customer's first order and, for the period shown on your partner page (for example 12 months from their first payment), to their renewals, plan changes and paid restores. That period may also be the first order only, or the whole time they stay a customer.
- There is no commission on wallet top-ups, separate invoices, payment links and quotes.
- Unless we agree otherwise, only new customers count: someone who has paid us before earns you nothing. A customer stays linked to the partner whose code they used first, for as long as that partner's period runs.
- You never earn commission on your own orders, or on orders of our staff.
- If we change your rate or period, the change applies only to commission earned after it.
4. Holding period and reversals
- New commission is held for the number of days shown on your partner page (30 unless we agree otherwise), so that refunds can be taken into account. After that it is approved automatically.
- If an order is refunded, credited or charged back, its commission is reversed, also when it was already approved. If it was already paid out, the amount is set off against your next commission; we do not ask you to pay it back.
- An order that looks as if it may be your own, for example because it shares a VAT number, company name, address, phone number, mailbox or IP address with your account, is held until one of our staff has looked at it. This is a check, not an accusation.
5. Payouts
- Your partner page shows how you can be paid: as credit in your Trivolut wallet, by bank transfer, or both, and the minimum amount for a payout (€25 unless we agree otherwise).
- You can ask for a payout when your approved commission reaches the minimum, or we pay it out each month, as shown on your partner page.
- Credit paid into your wallet is added straight away and never expires.
- A bank transfer is paid within 14 days after we approve it, to the account you entered on your partner page. Changing those bank details needs your password.
- If you take part as a business, send us an invoice for each payout; we tell you what to put on it. If you take part as a private person, commission can be income you have to declare yourself. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. How you may promote Trivolut
You may promote Trivolut in your own words, on your own channels. You may not:
- send spam, such as unsolicited email, direct messages or comments, or post your links where the rules of that place do not allow it;
- make claims about Trivolut that are not true, such as prices, features, guarantees or an uptime we do not offer;
- present yourself as Trivolut, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us, including in domain names, account names and app names;
- bid on "Trivolut" or misspellings of it in search engine ads;
- publish your codes on coupon or voucher websites;
- force or fake clicks, set our link without a visitor choosing to follow it, or use any other trick to get commission for customers you did not bring;
- promote us in content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
Say clearly that you earn commission when you recommend us, for example with "affiliate link" or "ad", as advertising rules in the Netherlands and the EU require.
7. What you see about customers
Your partner page shows numbers and amounts: clicks, sign-ups, orders and commission. It never shows who a customer is, and you may not try to find out. How we handle your own data as a partner is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Pausing and ending
- You can stop at any time by sending us a ticket.
- We can pause or end your partnership with notice, or straight away if you break these terms.
- While a partnership is paused, your codes stop working and no new commission is added; what you already earned stays.
- When a partnership ends, your codes stop working and no new commission is added. Commission you earned before the end is still approved and paid out as usual, unless the partnership ended because you broke section 6; then we may withhold the commission that came from that breach.
- You can close your Trivolut account once nothing is left to pay out. If you close it while commission is still in its holding period, that commission lapses, so wait until it has been approved and paid out.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, or the rates and periods on your partner page, for the future. Until our official launch, a change takes effect when we publish it. After the launch, we tell you on your partner page and by email at least 30 days before a change that is less favourable to you takes effect. Commission you already earned keeps the terms it was earned under.
10. Our relationship
You take part as an independent partner. You are not our employee or agent, and you cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf. The liability rules in our Terms of Service apply to the programme as well.
