Found something on a Trivolut service that should not be there? Tell us here. Every report is read by a person, and we act on it.
What happens after you report
- You get a ticket numberIf you leave your email address, you get a confirmation with a ticket number straight away. Replying to it adds to your report.
- We check itWe find out which service the address belongs to, and whether the content breaks the law or our Acceptable Use Policy. A person decides, not a machine.
- We act on itWe ask our customer to remove it within a set time, or we suspend the service. Clear phishing and malware can be suspended straight away.
- Both sides hear whyThe customer is told what we did, why, and how to object. You hear our decision too, if you left your email address.
Tell us which work or mark is infringed, who owns it, and that you are the owner or act on their behalf. Without that we cannot act on the report.
You can report this anonymously. Never send us the images or files themselves, and do not open them again: the address is enough.

Legal information
This form is the mechanism through which Trivolut receives notices of illegal content under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Notices about content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy are welcome here too.
A notice should contain the exact electronic location of the content, a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider it illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in it are accurate and complete.
We handle notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. When we restrict a service because of a notice, we give the customer a statement of the reasons, as Article 17 of the Digital Services Act requires. If you gave us your email address, we confirm that we received your notice and tell you our decision and the ways to challenge it.
Reports of child sexual abuse material can be made anonymously: name and email address are then not required. You can also report it to Offlimits (Meldpunt Kinderporno) or to the police.
We may disregard notices that are manifestly unfounded, and stop handling notices from anyone who repeatedly sends them.
We use the personal data in your notice only to handle it, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not pass your name or email address to the customer concerned, unless the law requires it.
